Europe has entered a decisive phase where policy ambition, technological maturity, and investment needs are converging. The challenge is no longer identifying solutions, but deploying them, faster, systematically, and at scale.
The Water Europe Community Day 2026 is the strategic alignment point for this transition. Central to this mission is the Water-Smart Technology Roadmap, which serves as the bridge between high-level vision and real-world deployment, identifying the conditions needed to enable investment and replication across the sector.
Key objectives of Community Day 2026:
– Review & reset: Assessing the 2024–2026 Collaboration Matrix achievements and preparing the next 2026–2028 cycle.
– Policy alignment: Navigating the revision of the Water Framework Directive, the Water Resilience Strategy, FP10, and the upcoming Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF).
– Accelerating uptake: Strengthening the shift from policy to market through the Water Europe Marketplace and the Water-Oriented Living Labs (WOLL) framework.
Join us to shape the deployment, investment, and scaling pathways that will define the European water sector for years to come.
