Registrations are officially open for Water Innovation Europe 2026, taking place in Dublin on 13–14 October 2026.
Under the theme “Raising the Bar for the Water Framework Directive,” Water Europe’s flagship event will bring together policymakers, water utilities, industry leaders, researchers, innovators and investors at a crucial moment for Europe’s water future.
With the 2027 Water Framework Directive objectives approaching, attention is increasingly turning from ambition to implementation. Water Innovation Europe 2026 will provide a platform to discuss how Europe can accelerate action, strengthen water resilience and ensure that innovation, investment and policy work together to deliver a Water-Smart Society and Economy.
The conference will create opportunities for exchange across policy, research, industry and practice, helping participants explore the solutions, partnerships and financing mechanisms needed to move Europe’s water ambitions forward.
Beyond the conference programme, participants will also have the opportunity to engage with the wider Water Europe community, discover innovative solutions and initiatives, connect with potential partners and explore new opportunities for collaboration.
Water Innovation Europe 2026 will also host the Water Europe Water-Smart Awards, recognising organisations, projects and initiatives that are contributing to the transition towards a more water-resilient Europe.
Registration is now open for all those interested in joining the European water community in Dublin and contributing to the discussion on the next phase of implementation of Europe’s water ambitions.
